With your permission, Webcharm can sometimes help directly over a secure remote-support connection — often saving the time and cost of a visit.

Only connect when Paul has given you a Support Key.

Enter your name and the 9-digit Support Key supplied during your arranged support session. Clicking Connect will take you to GoToAssist/FastSupport and begin the download or launch process for the GoToAssist Customer application.

Important security reminder

Do not use this form because of an unexpected phone call, popup, text message or email. Webcharm will never contact you out of the blue and ask for remote access to your computer.

What happens next?

  1. Click Connect after entering the details Paul has supplied.
  2. Your browser will open the GoToAssist/FastSupport connection page.
  3. Download and run the GoToAssist Customer application when prompted.
  4. You remain in control and can end the session at any time by closing the GoToAssist window.
